Pasi Vuorinen is the next CEO of Raumaster Oy

Raumaster Oy has chosen Pasi Vuorinen to be the new CEO. The current CEO Kari Pasanen will retire by the end of this year.

Vuorinen, 54, previously held the position of CEO at Amomatic Oy for several years, and before that at Tikoma Oy. He is trained as a mechanical engineer, has a master’s degree in economics, and an executive MBA.

"Pasi is very skilled and precisely the right person to lead Raumaster. We are very pleased to be able to announce his designation as the new CEO", says Jarkko Ruohola, chairman of the board of Raumaster Oy.

"Pasi has extensive experience in managing project-based business, delivering equipment packages to export markets, and managing project finances. He has also previously worked in family-owned companies, so he is familiar with the operational culture and spirit that have been the key assets of our company for the past 40 years."

Vuorinen begins his duties later this year. He will be leading a global market leader in its field, renowned for its high quality in the energy, pulp and paper industries worldwide.

Pasi Vuorinen is the fifth CEO of Raumaster Oy in order. Over the past 40 years, the position has previously been held by the company’s founders Juhani Rasilainen and Jouko Mäkilä, as well as external hires John Bergman and Kari Pasanen.
